Nnenna Lynch

Nnenna Lynch has over 20 years of experience in housing and real estate. Nnenna’s inspiration as a developer is a personal one. She grew up seeing many of New York City’s neighborhoods devastated in the 1980s. After college and her career as a professional runner, she returned to New York to immerse herself in rebuilding neighborhoods, first as a developer of affordable housing then as a Senior Advisor to Mayor Bloomberg where, among things, she oversaw large-scale real estate projects and rezonings. Most recently Nnenna was head of Development at Georgetown Company, where she oversaw almost $2B worth of development.

Nnenna was the 2021 Edward P. Bass Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Yale School of Architecture. She is the co-president of the Association of American Rhodes Scholar and on the board of the New York Road Runners (NYRR).
